This is the story of how a computer scientist who meets a man of the open spaces finds herself in a garden amidst a famous Bordeaux winemaking commune: FRONSAC. This was in 1988, after three years of research for an exceptional vineyard full of character. Our arriva : three days before the harvest! So classes take place live, around (and in) the vats with Michel ROLLAND, who comes and tastes every night to guide our steps. Then Camille in 1990, Louis in 1991 and Martin in 1997. Our philosophy: express the "terroir", in accordance with each vintage, with the most finesse, elegance and balance, so that inside each bottle is nothing but pleasure. |
